Terms and Agreement

The following terms and conditions outlines Lift Bridge Media Group (DJ Princess C) responsibilities (herein also referred to as Company) and the customer/clients responsibilities. Company agrees to provide services at the location indicated. Company owns all picture and video rights and may use them for commercial and advertising material.

Services

DJ Princess C agrees to provide professional services according to the requirements provided in the service package.

The client will be responsible for providing suitable power and electricity for the performance.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of booking fee is required at the time of booking and the remainder is due at least one week before the event. Full payments not received before one-week of the performance will result in cancellation of DJ Services and the contract will be voided.

Set-Up

Lift Bridge Media Group (DJ Princess C) shall arrive at least 30-minutes before starting time to the event location to set-up and conduct a sound check. DJ Princess C's playlist will include requested songs provided prior to an event along with her playlist. Time is of the essence. Requests for extended playing time beyond the agreed-upon hours of service shall be accommodated. For each additional hour, there will be a $100 per hour fee with a maximum of 2 hours.

Cancellation

The client and DJ Princess C shall commence on the date provided in proposal. If the client cancels services before the event, a full refund with the deduction of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded to client in the way that the payment was rendered.
